- A track record in managing Blue Chip organisation’s partnership marketing programmes and identifying new opportunities.
- Energy, confidence & proven account management skills.
- Great communication skills.
- Natural collaborator and integrating with a diverse team.
- Natural spokesperson and ambassador.
- MORE than anything else this is a role for someone who rolls their sleeves up , takes the initiative and gets things done.
Our Marketing Manager
The right candidate needs to bring a “whatever it takes” mentality to the role. This role is about taking control of partners’ relationships, and being able to deal with whatever is required in a hands-on way.
Core Responsibilities
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing partners, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Partnership Growth: Identify opportunities for partnership expansion and growth, including upselling additional services or collaborations.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal and external sources to develop strategic partnership plans aligned with our mission and objectives.
- Contract Management: Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring compliance and accountability from all parties involved.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse partnership performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing enquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaboration: Work closely with content development, to execute partnership initiatives seamlessly.
