We're looking for a Apprenticeships Senior Recruiter to join our Early Talent Recruitment team and lead attraction and hiring across our Technology Degree Apprenticeship programmes in Newcastle, Leeds and Manchester, alongside our AI Career Changer Apprenticeships in Newcastle and Manchester.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape future talent through creative sourcing strategies, strong partnerships and an outstanding candidate experience.

What you'll do

You'll lead end-to-end recruitment activity and deliver successful hiring outcomes across apprenticeship programmes.

You will:
  • Develop attraction strategies to build diverse, high-quality apprenticeship pipelines.
  • Build partnerships with schools, colleges, universities and external organisations to drive engagement and awareness.
  • Deliver attraction events, presentations and networking opportunities to strengthen employer brand presence.
  • Manage candidates through the full recruitment journey, delivering a positive and inclusive experience.
  • Conduct high-volume interviewing and assessment activity during peak periods.
  • Track recruitment performance, reporting on insights, trends and risks to support hiring decisions.
  • Manage budgets and ensure accurate forecasting and tracking.
  • Stay informed on market trends and identify opportunities to improve attraction and hiring outcomes.
  • Contribute to wider Early Talent initiatives, process improvements and best practice.


Candidate & Stakeholder Management

You'll work closely with hiring managers and external partners to deliver successful hiring outcomes and maintain engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

You'll also:
  • Support onboarding and pre-joining activity to maintain apprentice engagement.
  • Build trusted stakeholder relationships across the business.
  • Deliver targeted outreach activity both virtually and in person.
  • Strengthen Accenture's employer brand and expand early talent networks.
