Job title: International Key Account Executive

Your new role

As part of the Global International Sales team, this role is responsible for managing campaigns throughout their entire lifecycle-from initial briefing and sales coordination to final campaign delivery and post-campaign activities.

The International Account Executive (IKAE) will work closely with the International Key Account Managers (IKAMs) to support revenue generation for key clients across specialist sectors, agencies, and direct clients. These clients are located in the UK, Italy, Ireland, North America, Asia, and the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities

Administration of bookings including:

  • Supplying production requirements, coordinating campaign photography, sharing with agency contacts, proforma invoices, site lists, post-campaign analysis - 15%
  • Requesting copy approval - 9%
  • Updating internal systems / dashboards - 15%
  • Maintaining good internal liaison with Operations, Finance, Development teams - 10%
  • Using audience measurement tools - 10%
  • Assisting in presentations / meeting prep including competitive analysis and sector trends - 7%
  • Integration with other Global departments and commitment to 'One Global' culture - 7%
  • Having detailed knowledge of Global portfolio and communicating confidently with agencies and clients on formats - 10%
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the business; supporting team tasks to enhance client service - 12%
  • Having an enthusiastic, can-do attitude and supporting commercial directors in key department initiatives to build a 'One Global' culture - 5%
