- Delivering high-impact consulting engagements that address our clients' most pressing business challenges and drive sustainable results across areas such as:
- Value case development and value management
- Operating model design and transformation
- Cost and productivity optimisation
- Net-zero transition strategies
- Data, analytics, and AI-driven insights
- Digital core transformation
- Risk and regulatory compliance
- Solving complex business, technology, and transformation challenges through structured analysis, strategic thinking, and informed decision-making, often with minimal supervision.
- Applying a rigorous and methodical approach to problem-solving to deliver practical and effective solutions.
- Building and maintaining trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, by understanding their priorities and adapting to their working styles.
- Supporting business development activities by collaborating with leaders, clients, and colleagues across Accenture to bring the best of the firm's capabilities to every opportunity.
- Contributing to the successful operation of Accenture's business, including areas such as commercial, contract, and cost management.
- Taking ownership of developing new offerings within the Energy Practice and helping drive growth opportunities for clients and the business.
- Leading the creation of thought leadership and market insights that showcase innovative thinking, strengthen Accenture's market presence, and influence industry conversations.
- Developing and leading high-performing multidisciplinary teams, mentoring colleagues, and actively contributing to recruitment, talent development, and performance management.
- Championing diversity, equity, and inclusion, while promoting initiatives that drive meaningful change and deliver value across the business.
