YOUR ROLE

As a Digital Product Designer within our Design & Digital Products team, you'll support the creation of thoughtful, brand‑led digital experiences while developing a strong foundation in product design and design systems. Working alongside Product Designers, Strategists, Service Designers, Content Designers and Developers, you'll contribute to the delivery of scalable, consistent digital products - learning how design decisions move from concept through to implementation. A key part of the role will involve contributing to and working within design systems, helping ensure quality, consistency and efficiency across digital experiences. You'll begin to build confidence in how components, patterns and tokens come together to support multiple products and brands.

You'll bring curiosity, enthusiasm and a desire to grow your craft - learning from others, asking questions, and gradually taking on more responsibility as your confidence develops. Our team is made up of people from diverse backgrounds and disciplines, and we believe that inclusivity and collaboration lead to better design outcomes.

Years of Experience

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in digital product design.
  • Experience contributing across multiple phases of the design process - research, concepting, UX, and UI.
  • Familiarity with design systems and component-based design approaches.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Design or a related field.
