London, United Kingdom
Full Time
Role Title: Programme Manager - Pensions Data Migration
Location: Bath / London / UK regional offices, with flexibility and mobility required for client and partner delivery
Career Level: Level 6 - Senior Manager
Practice / Team: UK Insurance - Life, Pensions and Retail Investments (Programme Delivery)
About the team
Within Accenture, the UK Insurance team helps leading insurers, life companies, pension providers, wealth managers and retail investment organisations shape and deliver major transformation. Altus Consulting was acquired by Accenture in 2025 to extend the capabilities within the UK Insurance team. We bring together Strategy & Consulting, Technology, Song and Operations to help clients modernise platforms, improve customer and adviser experience, strengthen operational resilience, and unlock value from data, AI and cloud-enabled delivery.
Our clients come to us because we understand Financial Services and have "lived and breathed" the problems that they are facing. Not only that, we produce realistic and actionable advice through visual Consulting methods, which are rated highly by our clients and enable them to head towards success.
If you are passionate about Financial Services and delivering business or technology solutions that make a genuine difference, then Altus and the Programme Delivery team is the place for you - for most roles, you don't even need to have prior Consulting experience. We provide an inclusive, positive, safe business for all of our team to work in. As part of the broader Accenture team, you'll have access to industry leading opportunities, genuine career advancement and an opportunity to work in a collaborative and highly stimulating environment.
About the role
Accenture is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to join the UK Insurance Programme Delivery team at Level 6. This is a senior delivery role directing complex technology-enabled transformation programmes across our Life, Pensions and Retail Investments client base, with a particular opportunity to apply data migration expertise within Pensions administration environments.
