Background
I have 20 years experience in building and managing fast growing, international businesses in SaaS and marketplaces models. My competences include: management of operations, b2b-b2c sales/marketing, customer success internationalisation. So far I have worked for following online businesses: Finnish machinery marketplace (mascus.com), Germany’s biggest rental platform (erento.com), booking App-SaaS enabled marketplace (booksy.com) for Health and Beauty and Petcare industry (hipets.com). Managing growth from 2 to 30+ countries, from 3 up to 108 team members. My responsibilities include building/managing/turnaround several countries operations for B2B sales/customer success/marketing. Responsible for budgets, P&L, OKRs. From strategy settings to executing it. My core competences are in allying company strategy with daily execution, looking for scalable and efficient processes, tools, KPIs and structures yet, being able to build and motivate international teams. All in ultimate goal to deliver Shareholders Value and ROI.
