I am a creative but have spent a significant part of my working life managing a business. This has given me an appreciation of working for other also. As an SME owner, it can feel a little do or die. My skills are primarily creative, and include basic design, motion, and sound design. My project management skills, though, have been really honed in the workplace for over 10 years. I'd really like an opportunity to develop my motion design skills further. During that time I have had the privilege of working with other SMEs, agencies and corporates to partner in providing solutions for a diverse range of clients, including BP, SKY, MenCap, Pfizer, Greenwich and Intel.”

  Project Manager Role:
  
  Responsible for planning execution and delivery of project milestones and coordinating with team members towards completing the projects on time and in budget.
  
  I had to set and manage deadlines, coordinate responsibilities, and meet with stakeholders. I also had some responsibility for budgeting, costings and payments and team member hiring.
  
  Design
  
  I have had quite a broad stack of graphic design & branding responsibilities.

  ∙ Work for startups + SMEs, which made up ~80% of workload.
  ∙ Deep print experience, delivering from design through to deliverables.
  
  I am though very much open to growth, particularly in developing my Motion Graphics skills. I currently use After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop and Blender.
