• Supporting the events and promoters with creative, analysis and responsiveness to their campaigns • Developing a civic responsibility and promoting the SCT brand and the venues’ role in putting profits into the health & wellbeing of the people of Sheffield. • Ensure all counter terrorism measures within the venue are adequately implemented and while also ensuring all relevant training and information sharing in the venue and company counter terrorism practices and risk mitigations are undertaken. • Monitoring & developing the venues website(s) • Resize/optimising content and web site performance across all platforms • Increase database & subscribers on all social & digital platforms • Develop venue style & tone of voice built in line with brand • Develop strategy for customer engagement on show nights.
