I’m a Business, Culture & Operations Strategist with senior experience leading organisational change, programme delivery and systems transformation across the public, private and third sectors. My work focuses on restructuring teams, strengthening operational delivery, transforming funding and governance models, and upskilling leaders and frontline staff to operate more effectively within complex environments. I specialise in taking fragmented or high-pressure programmes and building clear, accountable structures that improve performance, culture and outcomes. I combine strategic thinking with hands-on systems design, using operationalised AI, the Microsoft and Google suites (including advanced Excel and Sheets formula, optimisation and automation), and project management platforms such as Notion and Asana to create scalable, low-friction ways of working. I also design clear, timeless tools and desk aids; from dashboards and trackers to guidance packs and workflows - often using platforms like Canva to support consistency, adoption and long-term use. I’ve supported transformation and delivery work with organisations including the Mayor of London’s Office, local government, MIND, alongside commercial and creative environments connected to the Gordon Ramsay Group and Richard Branson led ventures. I bring a calm, structured and highly practical approach; bridging strategy and execution, with a strong grounding in equity, stakeholder management and real-world delivery.
